Graduation, work, sprained finger, meme
Oct. 4th, 2004 11:23 pmIt's annoying to start every post talking about how one hasn't posted in a while, I think, so I'm going to avoid that. This is going to be brief, though, because I seem to have sprained my long finger on my right hand somehow, so I have it in a splint to let it rest (bending it hurts), which makes it difficult to type. Basically the ring finger is doing double duty, which really slows me down.
What I've been up to lately: Baha'i stuff, school, and just plain stuff. Also, I filed my graduation application, so I'm pretty much set to graduate in December. I'm thinking of having some kind of party in January to celebrate. Details coming soon. I'm excited about it, of course. I also talked to a Baha'i friend of mine, letting him know that I'll be graduating soon and will be looking for work, hopefully involving Japanese, and he said he would put me in touch with a friend of his in the technical communications dept at SCEA. Could be cool, ne. If anyone else has any ideas or knows of any opportunities, please feel free to share!

Oh, and I made a new character for CoH and a corresponding LJ icon (see, over there *points to icon on post*). She's pretty cool looking, I think. Currently, I like the way she looks the best out of all my characters.
